Innovative Workplace Benefits was founded to serve the brokerage community with the benefits that they need to fulfill their clients’ needs and growing demand. As a Managing General Agent, we represent multiple carriers and specialize in supplemental GAP plans, limited medical and voluntary benefit programs and MEC & MVP plans. We pride ourselves on our broker relationships and work exclusively through them--we do not compete and go direct to employers.

Our founder, David Morris, has over 25 years of experience in these areas of expertise and has grown Innovative Workplace Benefits into a trusted partner to hundreds of brokers across the country.  We strive to identify and develop numerous options for our brokers as there is no one-size-fits all solution when it comes to client needs. But our goal is to be your one-stop-shop to address the evolving market needs, with a focus on balancing premium savings and coverage for employees.
